After a decade in corporate America leading marketing for national brands, Katelyn found Pilates during a season when she needed something that strengthened both her body and her spirit. What started as a personal practice became a passion — one that led her to leave the boardroom for the reformer.
She opened a small home studio, Pilates by Katelyn, where neighbors and friends began filling classes week after week. The sense of connection that blossomed there became the foundation for something bigger — a place where women could feel strong, capable, and supported. That vision became Peach Loft Pilates: a modern, community-driven studio designed to help every body feel at home in movement again.
At the Loft, classes are small (8 reformers max), coaching is personal, and the energy is always encouraging. It’s not just about better posture or stronger abs — it’s about creating strength, confidence, and balance that ripple through every part of life.
Katelyn is the founder of Peach Loft Pilates and a comprehensively trained instructor passionate about helping women feel strong and confident in their bodies.
With a background in marketing and brand strategy, she spent years in corporate America before following her heart into Pilates full-time. She opened her first home studio on Signal Mountain, which quickly grew into a thriving community and the foundation for Peach Loft Pilates.
Katelyn believes Pilates is for every body — whether you’re returning to exercise after kids, cross-training for athletic performance, or simply wanting to move and feel better. Her classes blend precision and flow with a strong focus on form, strength, and empowerment.
When she’s not teaching, Katelyn loves time with her husband, Jeff, and their three daughters, exploring local trails, and hosting community events that bring people together both in and outside the studio.
Sara grew up in Nashville, TN, and moved to Chattanooga in 2009 to pursue her degree at UTC. She graduated in 2014 with a B.S. in K–12 Health & Physical Education and began her career teaching elementary physical education. After several years, she took time off to stay home with her two children.
When she was ready to return to teaching, Sara discovered Pilates — a practice that perfectly blends mind and body while supporting strength, mobility, and longevity. That connection inspired her to earn her 500-hour comprehensive certification through Club Pilates.
Sara is passionate about helping clients improve strength, flexibility, and overall movement quality through Pilates, empowering them to feel their best every day. Outside the studio, you’ll find her spending time with family and friends, exploring the outdoors, or curled up with a good book.
