What should I wear to class?

How do I know if this program is right for me?

Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothes you can move in—think leggings or bike shorts and a supportive top. Avoid anything too loose, and pull your hair back if it's long.

Are grip socks required?

What if I already have a health routine?

Yes! For your safety and hygiene, grip socks are required for all classes. If you don’t have a pair, we’ve got some cute options available for purchase at the studio.

I'm new to Pilates. Can I still join?

What happens after the 6 weeks?

Absolutely. Our group classes are all-levels friendly, and we offer free 20-minute demo sessions to help you get comfortable before jumping into a full class.

What is the Founding Membership and how long is the commitment?

What's the time commitment required?

Founding Memberships are a one-time offer to lock in discounted rates for life. These memberships require a 6-month commitment and come with perks like early access to class times and monthly guest passes (on select plans).

Can teens take class at Peach Loft?

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We offer a special Teen Membership for ages 13–17. It includes 4 or 8 classes per month and is a great way to build strength, balance, and confidence.

After I purchase a Founding Member plan, when does my billing cycle start?

Do you offer payment plans?

Your billing cycle starts on the day of your first class, not the day you purchase. So you can grab your spot now and still pick your perfect start date! Your first class must be within 90 days of the plan purchase date.
