Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothes you can move in—think leggings or bike shorts and a supportive top. Avoid anything too loose, and pull your hair back if it's long.
Yes! For your safety and hygiene, grip socks are required for all classes. If you don’t have a pair, we’ve got some cute options available for purchase at the studio.
Absolutely! Most of our members started as beginners. Our classes are all-levels friendly, and instructors provide cues and modifications to help you feel confident from your very first class.
Yes! We offer one-on-one and duet private sessions for a more personalized experience. These are great if you’re new to Pilates, recovering from injury, or want extra attention on form and technique. Contact us to schedule your sessions.
Yes! We offer a special Teen Membership for ages 13–17. It includes 4 or 8 classes per month and is a great way to build strength, balance, and confidence. Contact us for more information.
Cancellations made within 12 hours of class are considered late and will result in losing that session. No-shows also forfeit the session and incur a $15 fee. This policy helps keep things fair and ensures those on the waitlist have the chance to join class.
Unfortunately, no — unused classes from monthly memberships do not roll over to the next billing cycle. Memberships are designed for use within each 30-day cycle. If you travel often or need more flexibility, one of our class packages may be a better fit for your schedule!
