Do I need experience to start?

Not at all! Most clients who walk through our doors are brand new to Pilates. Your instructor will walk you through reformer setup, safety, and modifications so you feel supported

What do I wear?

Wear comfortable, form-fitting workout clothes that allow you to move freely. Grip socks are required for safety and can be purchased in-studio.

How do memberships work after the intro pack?

Choose a monthly membership that fits your schedule — 4, 8, or 12 classes per month. Members enjoy retail discounts, priority booking, and more.

Is this safe for injuries or postpartum?

Yes! Pilates is known for its gentle, low-impact approach that strengthens and stabilizes the body safely. If you’re recovering from injury, surgery, or are newly postpartum, just let your instructor know so we can tailor movements to your needs.

How early should I arrive?

Plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early so you can check in, get set up on your reformer, and chat with your instructor about any injuries or goals. Doors open about 10 minutes before class.

How often should I come?

For best results, aim for 2–3 classes per week. You’ll start feeling stronger and more balanced within a few sessions — consistency is where the magic happens!

Start with our signature Strength & Sculpt class to learn the basics and build confidence. Every class offers layers and modifications so you can move at your own pace and feel supported from day one.

STRENGTH & SCULPT

A dynamic, low-impact interval workout that combines bursts of cardio with full-body strength training. Expect to tone, sculpt, and get your heart rate up.

Cardio Jumpboard

A gentle, restorative class designed to release tension and reset both body and mind. With intentional movement and deep stretches, you’ll leave feeling relaxed and rebalanced.
