Strong Through the Shift is a new monthly wellness series designed to support women navigating perimenopause and menopause through movement, education, and community. Join us for a Pilates flow followed by a nutrition workshop with Katie Gestosani, RD, LDN, covering practical strategies to support energy, hormone health, muscle retention, and overall wellness. Includes Q&A and healthy snacks.
Join our Summer Bingo Challenge and make your workouts even more rewarding. Pick up a bingo card at the studio and complete challenges throughout the month, including trying a new instructor, attending a themed class, bringing a friend, and more. Prizes will be awarded for Bingo, Double Bingo, Blackout, and Grand Prize Drawings.
Summer just got a little more fun. Join us for themed pop-up classes throughout June, including 2000s Hip Hop Friday, Buns 'N Guns, Britney Burn, Hot Girl Summer Solstice, Boy Bands & Booty Bands, and Balance & Burn. Expect fun playlists, specialty themes, and the same great workout.
